These terms apply only to this corporate website and its voluntary-support experience. Senvelle, Vigilstone, and other products may provide additional terms for their own services.
Still Standing Media LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company. This site describes the company, its portfolio, controlled product availability, company updates, partnership contacts, and ways to support independent work.
Informational website
Corporate descriptions, roadmaps, availability statements, demonstrations, and capability visualizations are provided for general information. They are not professional advice, a promise that a feature will launch, or a binding offer to provide a product or service. Illustrative visualizations are not represented as live operational data.
Voluntary contributions
Voluntary contributions support independent technology development and public-intelligence journalism. Still Standing Media LLC is a for-profit company. Contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations and do not purchase equity, access, editorial influence, or guaranteed benefits.
A contribution made through the support page is a one-time payment in the amount you select. It does not enroll you in a recurring subscription or membership. Stripe hosts checkout and processes the payment under its own terms and privacy practices.
If a contribution was made in error, appears unauthorized, or has a payment problem, contact billing@stillstandingmedia.com promptly with enough transaction information for us to investigate. Requests are reviewed individually in light of the circumstances, applicable law, and payment-processor rules. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or remedy required by law.
Commercial relationships
Sponsorships, advertising placements, professional services, software access, technology licensing, data rights, and other commercial arrangements require a separate written agreement, order form, insertion order, or invoice accepted by the relevant parties. That written agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. A website inquiry, email discussion, rate indication, or unsigned proposal does not by itself create a commercial commitment.
Payment of a commercial invoice does not change editorial conclusions or guarantee favorable coverage unless a separate written agreement expressly and lawfully states the service being purchased. Paid placements must remain distinguishable from independent editorial work.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law; interfere with its security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or overwhelm the service in a manner that disrupts availability; impersonate the company; misrepresent affiliation; or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access or take reasonable protective action when necessary to secure the site or address misuse.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text, graphics, marks, software, and other company materials are owned by or licensed to Still Standing Media LLC and are protected by applicable law. Separate product sites and third-party services may have their own availability, content, and policies. A link does not by itself imply endorsement of an unrelated third party, and use of a third-party service is governed by its applicable terms.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep corporate information accurate and the site secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every statement will remain current. To the extent permitted by law, Still Standing Media LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational site. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact contact@stillstandingmedia.com first so the company has a reasonable opportunity to address a concern. These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. A dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not require private arbitration.

We may update these terms as the corporate site or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted or otherwise communicated as required.
