Scope
This policy applies to stillstandingmedia.com and the corporate interactions described below. Senvelle and Vigilstone are distinct products and may publish their own privacy policies for their respective services. A third-party website or service is governed by its own privacy terms.
Information we handle
Website delivery and security. Cloudflare and related hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, network and security signals, and diagnostic logs.
Company updates. If you choose to receive updates, you are sent to a MailerLite-hosted signup experience. MailerLite processes the information you submit, such as your email address and consent or subscription status, to administer the mailing list and provide unsubscribe controls.
Voluntary support. Stripe hosts the checkout experience and processes payment details. Still Standing Media LLC receives a transaction record and limited payment information used for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Correspondence. If you email the company, we receive the address you use and the content, attachments, and routing information associated with your message. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card numbers, or other credentials by email.
Motion preference. This site may store a value named ssm-motion in your browser's local storage to remember whether you enabled or paused visual motion. It is a local interface preference, not an advertising identifier.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure the website; provide requested updates; process and reconcile voluntary payments; respond to inquiries; prevent abuse and fraud; maintain business records; comply with law; and diagnose or improve service reliability. We do not use this corporate site to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, or eligibility for a public benefit.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by service providers that perform work on our behalf, including Cloudflare for delivery and security, MailerLite for hosted mailing-list services, Stripe for payment processing, and email or business-infrastructure providers used to handle correspondence and records. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a corporate transaction, or act with your direction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This site does not currently operate an advertising tracker or behavioral advertising program.
Storage, retention, and security
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. We retain records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, business continuity, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type and provider.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to an early-stage corporate website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can unsubscribe from company updates through the link in an email or the controls provided by MailerLite. You can clear the ssm-motion preference through your browser's site-data controls. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about our handling of personal information.
Send privacy requests to privacy@stillstandingmedia.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and legal exceptions may apply.
Children
This corporate site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through this site.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the company, service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice when required.
